The solution is used throughout the Group and covers all warehouse management processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, storage, stock transfer and inventory. The support services provided by clavis include 2nd and 3rd level support. They range from troubleshooting, support with version and device upgrades, functional changes and enhancements to consulting services regarding the performance and security of the mobile applications.
