Occupational safety: an issue for every company

According to §5 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA / Arbeitsschutzgesetz) the employer is obligated to assess potentials hazards for an employee at his/her workplace. As a consequence all necessary measures are to be determined, to ensure the safety of employees,. At the same time, these measures generally serve to ensure plant safety and prevent environmental damage.
