Responsible action and code of conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a company, we bear social responsibility for our employees, customers and business partners. That is why we have established ethical rules that we observe in our daily work and that guide our business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We advise and support our clients and business partners with optimizing their business processes. We do so by developing high-quality SAP applications in a close partnership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is of utmost importance for us that the business processes are efficient and easy to use through visualization for the client. We develop high level innovative and digital solutions together with our clients to simplify their work experience through our clear programming work. This is how we drive innovation in the field of SAP consulting and development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Responsibility<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The commitment to the clavis employees is our lived corporate culture. The work environment is family friendly with a very good Work-Life-Balance. Our executives take care of transparent and comprehensible structures as well as clear decision-making channels. Clavis\u2019 success relies on the constant training and development of our employees and their passion to develop innovative applications. We are also pleased to show our social commitment by supporting projects such as Watoto Kinder in Not e.V. and the inclusive art project Blaumeier e.V. Especially, we comply with the laws and regulations concerning working hours, minimum wage and corporate benefits. We also refuse any kind of discrimination because of someone\u2019s race, religious views, disability, age, sexuality or gender and condemn any kind of forced labor, compulsory labor and child labor. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

We comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards. Our aim is to save natural resources in every internal process. The system environment has been fully virtualized so that we can efficiently access our applications via the internet.
