For the responsible clerks at Gebr. Becker GmbH nevertheless it was very hard to decode the respective XML file. Thus an effective way to process those ordes had to be found. However, there was no budget approved for a large systematic EDI project. The electronic import of order IDocs would only pay off if a significant amount of customers would take advantage of this option. clavis berater sozietät was able to solve this problem by an intelligent solution. With help of a lean PC tool the XML file received from the customer is edited automatically and thus can be transferred into the order entry of Gebr. Becker GmbH SAP system without difficulty. Default values like order type or sales organisation can be initialised flexibly. An item overview is presented in a well arranged tabular form. Thus all data can be controlled thoroughly before posting.
